How can I book the photoshoot?
To book a session, go to “Book”, choose your destination, package, date and any other relevant information for us to create the best photos. Then we’ll contact you as soon as possible to confirm the final details.

How do I pay?
We provide several payment methods for your convenience such as Payoneer money transfer, and we accept Visa and Mastercard.
The payment is made in US dollars.
Upon receiving payment, we will send you an email confirmation.
How long is a session and how much does it cost?
Our session starts from 1 hour each and you can book as many sessions as you need. You can also add an additional hour for each session. The price starts at $325. And don't forget to check our Promo page, we always have some exiting deals.
What will I get in every booked package?
All of our packages include:
• one professional photographer
• selected number of photo session hours
• selected number of high-quality edited photos
• access to download your best photos digitally
• the most important - priceless memories!
What is excludes:
• make-up and wardrobe
• transportation expenses
• entrance fee
I would like a photo shoot outside of the city. What is the Travel fee?
No problem! Please check with your shoot concierge to confirm the photographer's availability to travel. Shoots outside city centers may be subject to a travel fee.
How long in advance should I book the shoot? What’s the best time to book?
The ideal time frame is at least 4 weeks in advance before the chosen date - this helps us get your preferred date and make sure that both you and the photographer get enough time to prepare everything. Please do not forget about peak times such as weekends or holidays when we are super busy.
But of course, we do our best with all last minute booking too! Please drop us an email as we might still be able to fit you in as a last minute job.
I didn’t find my desired destination on your list, what should I do?
Please drop us an email and we will do our best to cover your destination with an awesome photographer from our extended photographer's network.
Can I split my package time on different days?
If you would like us to capture your travel on two different days or two different destinations you would need to purchase two packages, one for each day. All packages are bought as a session, so you can't split your time.
How many people can be part of the photo session?
We love small and big groups! Just remember, the more people - the longer it takes to get amazing photos. For the best result our photographers recommend:
• 1 hour – ideal for solo, couples, and suits for any size group up to 6 people
• 2 hours – perfect for couples, and any size group up to 10 people
• 3 - 4 hours – suits for any size group up to 15 people.
What skill level are the photographers at WanderWay network? How will the photos look?
All our photographers have been carefully selected and typically have between 5 to 10 years’ experience as a professional photographer. They’re passionate about what they do, friendly, reliable and they will deliver great results!
Another part of our work is also done by our retouchers team, who carefully select and edit photos to deliver the best of your memories.

Will I be able to contact or chat with my photographer? Can my photographer help and suggest the best photo tour spots?
As soon as we have your dates and preferences we will match you with an available photographer with details for your shoot.
You can contact your photographer directly and discuss a meeting point and will help find the best spots for perfect pictures. You can also ask about the must-visit or some non-tourist places in the city because locals know better than anyone else. If you have any specific “must-have” shots in mind, let your photographer know prior to your photo tour.
What should I wear? Should I bring accessories?
Relax, you’re on holidays! You can wear anything you’re comfortable in and we believe that you’ll look great.
Anyway, some people prefer to wear similar style clothing, but it’s completely up to you. Please consider the weather condition in the cities to which you’re traveling.
Accessories can emphasize your personality and mood. You can bring anything like flowers, balloons, bubbles, kites, umbrellas, hats, books, or a bottle of champagne. They aren’t totally necessary, but they look great on photos!
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
If you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason, please notify us via email, or text with notice prior to your shoot date. Our rescheduling policy:
• 7 days before the shooting: 90% refund
• More than 48 hours - 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours - no refund will be issued. But we will give you a $100 discount voucher to use for a new booking.
We’re pretty open about our rescheduling policy - but since we have selected in our network for you the best photographers, it means that they are in demand, and they can be booked several months in advance, so when a job cancels we need to respect this.
What is your refund procedure?
You will get your refund after the cancellation is confirmed, we will finalize your refund through Bank Transfer. We will not cover any fee on this refund process.
The photo shoot day
Where do I meet my photographer?
You can contact your photographer directly and discuss a meeting point. The photographer can meet you at your hotel lobby or directly at the place of your shoot. If you are not familiar with the area, ask your photographer to suggest the best place to meet!
What if it’s raining or bad weather on the day of my photo tour?
Do not worry! A shooting under the rain or under the snow can be funny, so it would be the best time to take out your beautiful umbrella and have lots of fun. And remember any good photographer has the ‘rain back up plan’! However, with the exception of a hurricane, tropical storm or flood, and if we can not guarantee our standard level due to the weather we will reschedule the shooting.
We are having an amazing time! Can I purchase extra time while I am with the photographer.
Of course! If you want to keep going, and your photographer is free, you can easily pay for the extra time through the site online later. The photographer cannot accept cash payments.
Every extra 30 minutes at a cost of $100 USD.
What happens if we are running late? How will this affect my photo tour?
No stress – you will have the photographer's contact details so please text or call your photographer if you are delayed.
Our suggestion is to arrive early and wait in a coffee shop nearby, this a great opportunity to relax, don’t get stressed before your shooting session. Please remember, traffic in big cities can be unpredictable.
If you arrive at your session late, any time that has passed will be forfeited and you may shoot for the remaining amount of time. The number of photos delivered may be adjusted to reflect the actual time spent together.
You may add additional time if the photographer is free. Every extra 30 minutes at a cost of $100 USD. Please keep in mind your photographer may have another agenda after your photo session, and it's unlikely your shoot can be extended (but please ask!). under the rain or under the snow can be funny, so it would be the best time to take out your beautiful umbrella and have lots of fun dancing in the rain. After your photoshoot
When and how will I receive the photos?
After your session, we will sort and edit 100+ photos for you. We want you to give the best memories so we need some time to cherry-pick your best photos and deliver the best result for you. The magic happens! Within 5 business days, we will send you a link from which you can download the photos from the online gallery.
How many pictures can I download?
You can download 35 or 55 photos depending on what package you've purchased. And if have a hard time picking out, you can always download an additional 30 or all photos. Please check out additional options at Pricing page.
Can I choose the photos I want?
Absolutely! Ones we sort and edit 100+ photos for you can choose from them download any 35 or 55 (depending on what package you've purchased). And don’t forget about the options to buy all the photos.
Can I buy more photos than those provided in the purchased package?
In your gallery, you have a minimum 100 photos already selected and edited so you can buy them all. We absolutely understand how every moment and emotion are important!
How will the photos be edited? What kind of photo editing is included in my package?
retouchers teamThe photos that will be ready to be downloaded will be lightly edited with color adjustments.
Our style is typically candid and natural with outdoor lighting. Our retouchers team will provide only basic editing, such as color balance and cropping. Photoshopping or extensive editing is not included.
Are all photos high resolution? What format will I receive my photos in?
All images are provided in a high resolution (3300 by 2200px) JPEG format, large enough to be printed on a canvas.
If you have a specific size requirement, please let us know when you book, we’ll work with the photographer to accommodate your request. Please note that a small fee may apply for extra-special photo size requirements.
Do I own the images? Do I own the rights to my photos?
You have the rights to use the photos for personal use (not commercial). Share them, print them and hang them on your wall. The photographer owns the copyright of the photos.
Will you ask for permission to share my photos for promotional purposes?
We would be happy to feature your photos on our blog or social media channels. It’s the way how you found us and as a bonus, if you leave us a review and let us share your experience, we will send you a few additional edited photos from your photo session!
However, if you prefer to keep it private, please let us know on our booking summary before the shoot.
Can I book a WanderWay photographer for my wedding?
Absolutely yes! We connect you with our photographers who are experienced in wedding photography and know how to get the best memories in their part of the world.
But keep in mind our photo tours which good for small weddings (20 people or under) and we document only the ceremony and photo session after. Please send us an email and we will respond as soon as possible.
Can I book a WanderWay for a commercial project?

Yes! We can help you to select the best time and location, and our photographers will work with you every step of the way so you get priceless shots of this special moment.
